The R /E valve and the O/P valve are working properly as is the power inflater. The air cell is KEVLAR coated,,, very  durable. Many features to this buoyancy compensator: approx: 44 lbs. of lift [ at surface ] 8 stainless steel " D " rings, power inlater, low pressure quick-disconnect hose, rapid eshaust valve, over pressure valve, torso pad, lumbar pad, compensating cummerbund, sternum strap waist retaining strap, 2 " cam band assembly. 2 drop weight pouches [ holds up to 16lbs , each pouch, 2 large acc. pockets.
