This is a brand new pair of striped socks, fine knit, in 80% acrylic and 20% nylon. This soft pair of socks is designed with certainly theatrical characters in mind. I am showing elves, and some raggedy dolls- No Costume is included in this listing. This is just for the socks. They are designed to go over the knee, the children you see these on are wearing the small size and they are from 3 to 6 years old. I wear a ladies 10 and the large fit me great so they are really bigger than I thought. These were distributed by Wolff Fording as a dance costume item but are nice enough to wear as a garment item. (thinking holiday though). The children in the catalog photos are 4 and 5 years old and they have on size small, my mannequin is also child small so you see they go nearly mid thigh on a small child.  hathse
