The IST Twin Tank, 65lbf Double Bladder BCD, Stainless Steel Backplate from the Dolphin Tech line is a  complete twin tank BCD with basic harness, stainless steel backplate and dual air cells in a horseshoe-style outer jacket.
The air cells offer 65lbf of lift in a horseshoe configuration for back-mounted tanks.
Basic harness provides 6 D-ring attachment points, adjustable nylon webbing shoulder straps, crotch strap, and waist strap with quick release, airline-style buckle and slide-on weight pockets. Top handle for easy transport.
BCD power inflator and low pressure hoses included.
The maximum size of scuba cylinder to be used with this system is a 15L (95cft) tank, and the rig is designed to accommodate two cylinders.
